Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your object arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item. We will work quickly to find a fair solution, whether through replacement, store credit, or a refund, to restore your calm.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Process: Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to reflect the return of energy to your account.
