Many of our items are handmade in small batches or crafted from natural stones and materials, which means each piece may carry unique variations in color, texture, pattern, size, shape, and surface markings. We see these details not as flaws, but as part of the natural character of the object.

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. You’ll need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@circleara.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
You may also log in to your customer account on our website, find the order, and follow the available return request steps if this option is shown for your order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@circleara.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Natural Variations
Many CIRCLEARA pieces are made with natural stones, crystals, and handcrafted elements. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, size, shape, surface marks, and natural inclusions are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
These natural differences do not qualify as quality issues unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized items
Used, worn, altered, or damaged items
Items returned without prior approval
Items with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Gift cards
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to request a return for the item you received. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
